I'm Soumya Ranjan Rout, a Data Analyst and MBA candidate pursuing a Dual MBA in Human Resource Management & Information Technology Management at BPUT, Rourkela. I combine analytical thinking with people-focused business understanding to transform data into actionable insights and meaningful business decisions.

With hands-on experience at RHI Magnesita, Artify Technologies, and Pawzz Foundation, I've worked across HR operations, recruitment, training & development, workforce coordination, dashboards, and data-driven reporting. During my internship at RHI Magnesita, I delivered an Advanced Excel training program to 176 executives, supporting employee capability development while strengthening my expertise in HR and business analytics. My technical toolkit includes SQL, Python, Power BI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Excel.

Beyond academics and analytics, I'm an NCC alumnus who served as a SUO (Senior Under Officer), developing leadership, discipline, teamwork, and decision-making skills through national-level military training at TSC, New Delhi. I'm also a business quiz competitor and idea-pitching competition winner, bringing analytical rigour, leadership, and curiosity to every professional challenge.
